Regional Sales Manager Job Description/Overview * Regional Sales Managers are employees who handle high level sales related issues within the store. The RSM is responsible for the execution of sales and motivation of the Sales Managers. Their role is to act as a liaison between the company executives and sales managers involved in completing sales processes. * The primary goal of the RSM is to get and average a minimum of 25+ sales, each week for the Region he/she is responsible for. They are to plan for the achievement of individual and Regional targets, in alignment with the strategies and policies of the company. * Work schedule: Monday-Friday 9AM-7PM (Saturday's may be necessary for hitting weekly sales goals) * Reports to the Director of Sales Regional Sales Manager is responsible for: Weekly sales calls Motivating sales managers Planning sales events Leading sales meeting once per month Sales commission reports Recruitment of sales managers Marketing strategies within store/Region Visiting stores daily to ensure showrooms are fit for our customers Communicating sales goals and expectations Keep current with trends/sales volume and good product mix throughout the Region Contribute and give input on upcoming future flyers and marketing design.
