RM Medical Designs is a manufacture of endoscope cleaning and storage products we are currently seeking experienced Independent Sales Representative to help us expand our reach. Experienced in the endoscopy field would be helpful but, not necessary a must. Your sales coverage area will be in Florida. Also looking for an independent representative to add our products to your product portfolio. Must be driven, energetic, ambitious, but not pushy, self-motivated, trusted representative that will reflect our company's policies of best business practices. This role offers uncapped and unlimited earning potential, a 1099 commission position with some limited residual commissions. Our products consist of a pre-processing endoscope sink, used for cleaning flexible scopes efficiently and quickly. A highly concentrated Advanced Enzymatic Detergent used in cleaning of the scopes as well as other medical instruments. A 10% Sodium Hypochlorite used for disinfecting the sink and other surfaces. And a host of other products that can be used in other fields. Soon to be re-released is our enhanced ventilated endoscope storage cabinet that exceeds current standards for storing endoscopes. Our current sinks and storage cabinets have a proven quality track record in current facilities for a decade. What's needed: * Building a strong and honest thriving positive relationships with the clients. * Be a trusted representative for the clients. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Self-motivated and goal oriented, are key to success. * Understanding your customer needs and implement solutions that help them achieve their goals in operational cost savings, deceasing scope processing time, and as well as scope storage with the use of our products. * Enjoy success with uncapped and unlimited commissions. Build recurring income as you build sales. * Your client sources will be in the gastroenterologist (GI) field. This would include hospitals, outpatient care facilities, endoscopy & surgery centers, gastroenterology services, ambulatory surgery centers. Responsibilities: * Develop and implement your own unique strategic sales plans. * The ability to build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, including surgeons, nurses, bio-med staff members and administrators. * Identify and target potential new clients while nurturing existing relationships. Talent will be required to sign Independent Sales Representative Agreement and a Mutual Confidential and Non-Disclosure Agreement.
