Kauffman Amish Furniture Outlet in Arcola, IL Sales Position Available - Join Our Team! We are excited to announce an opening for a sales position at our Arcola, IL Outlet store. We are seeking a passionate individual who enjoys selling high- quality products and building long-term relationships with customers. With over 35 years of experience selling Simply Amish furniture, our store has developed a dedicated customer base. This is a fantastic opportunity to earn a rewarding income while helping customers create their dream homes, whether it's a bedroom, dining room, or any other space. Qualified candidates should possess the following qualities: * A passion for sales and home furnishing design. * A love for working with customers, creating beautiful home designs, and fostering lasting relationships. * The ability to deliver exceptional customer experiences and successfully close sales. * A proactive approach to following up with customers before and after the sale. * Reliability in performing opening and closing duties as assigned. * Availability to work holidays and Saturdays. (Our store hours are Monday-Saturday, 9 AM to 5 PM, and we're closed on Sundays. You will have one weekday off but will work most Saturdays.) * Independence and the ability to collaborate well with team members. * A professional appearance and demeanor. * Willingness to assist in maintaining an inviting and aesthetically pleasing showroom. * A desire to build a career with growth potential.
