Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and maintaining relationships with existing clients. This role requires a proactive approach to sales, utilizing various techniques such as cold calling and direct sales to achieve targets. The Sales Representative will play a crucial role in driving our business growth and enhancing customer satisfaction. Responsibilities * Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals. * Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients, showcasing the value of our offerings. * Negotiate contracts and close sales effectively while ensuring customer satisfaction. * Maintain accurate records of sales activities in Salesforce, tracking leads and follow-ups. * Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for lead generation and brand awareness. * Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals. * Provide feedback on market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform product development. Skills * Candidates must have previous sales experience related to power generation, industrial equipment or a related technical field. * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences. * Strong negotiation skills with a focus on achieving win-win outcomes for both the company and clients. * Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment. * Experience in inside sales or outside sales is preferred but not mandatory. * A proactive attitude towards learning new products and adapting to changing market conditions is essential. * Join us as we strive to expand our reach in the market while providing exceptional service to our clients!
