Sales Associate- Residential Painting and Coating Services Department: Sales Salary Range: $55,000 - $160,000 /year (dependent on sales performance and performance-based incentive programs) Job Summary The Sales Associate is responsible for cultivating sales from new and existing customers. This role has an ever-changing schedule that includes appointments, set up calls and administration of jobs while maintaining an excellent standard of customer service. The Sales associate also takes on a great deal of responsibility in generating leads via networking and other business development strategies. Duties & Responsibilities: * Conduct 13-18 estimate appointments each week * Educate customers on products and services * Build strong customer relationships and help expand the company network * Understand and support customer needs * Work fluctuating shifts (some evening and weekend availability is required) * Keep records and document detailed notes about projects and customers * Regular follow up with customers and in house teams * Other duties as assigned * Required Skills/Abilities * Customer service * Proven problem solver * Demonstrated attention to detail and accuracy * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * Self motivated * Coachable * Adaptable * Determination and drive to achieve goals * Phone etiquette * Time Management and Punctuality * Prioritization of tasks * Requirements Must have prior in-home residential sales experience A valid driver 's license is required A plus if you have experience in: * Google Suite * Slack * CRM software Benefits * Medical, Dental, Vision, and Voluntary Term Life Insurance * Simple IRA with company match * Paid Time Off * 6 paid holidays per year hc172002
