This role involves engaging with customers, conducting product demos, and ensuring an exceptional shopping experience. Responsibilities * Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs. * Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits. * Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. * Utilize basic math skills for transactions, including handling cash and processing payments through proven sales techniques. * Engage in upselling techniques to enhance customer purchases and maximize sales opportunities (Road to the Sale ) * Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals and maintain a positive work environment. * Communicate effectively with customers and colleagues, fostering a friendly atmosphere. Skills * Strong customer service skills with a focus on creating positive shopping experiences. * Ability to conduct engaging product demos that highlight key features. * Proficient in basic math for accurate transactions and product presentation. * Ability to follow word tracks and overcome objections . * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with diverse customers. * Experience with automotive sales a plus not necessary. * Bilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with a wider customer base.
