Tom Wood Jaguar, Land Rover, Volvo is the #1 Luxury Dealership in Indianapolis, Indiana. Our team is searching for a dynamic, self-starting, experienced Sales Consultant who can build and manage their own business while complementing our team of Sales All-Stars. Our dealership has grown 300% over the last 5 years, and we are just getting started! If you have what it takes to take over this critical position, hit our high standards, and grow with Tom Wood, we want to meet you! * RESPONSIBILITIES: * Satisfy the unique transportation needs of new/pre-owned purchasers of luxury vehicles. * Consistently execute the Tom Wood Group sales process for every transaction, exceeding guest expectations. * Successful completion of all manufacturer and Tom Wood Group training for product and process * Maintain a professional business appearance and work ethic * Consistently review and analyze all sales and supporting actions/activities to determine how to better utilize personal resources, allowing for continuous improvement in serving the Tom Wood guest * Other duties as assigned * QUALIFICATIONS: * MUST HAVE SALES EXPERIENCE , preferably in automotive sales * Advanced knowledge of the luxury industry * Familiarity with highline automobiles is advantageous * Positive attitude and proactive mindset * Professional appearance * Proficiency in basic MS Office applications, computer software, and internet navigation * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * Strong negotiation abilities * Polished presentation skills * REQUIRED - Valid driver's license with a clean driving record * BENEFITS: * PTO & Vacation * Paid Holidays * Medical * Dental * Vision * 401k with Company Match * Life * Disability * Training * Tuition Reimbursement * Service Awards * Career Advancement * Wisely & DailyPay * ABOUT TOM WOOD GROUP The Tom Wood Group is proud to be family-owned and locally operated for over 50 years.
