Job Summary We are seeking a creative and motivated Sales and Social Media Coordinator to join our growing team. The ideal candidate must be extremely organized and will be responsible for directly assisting our pool sales associate and developing social media content that is on target with the existing brand. This role requires a strong understanding of social media trends, content creation, and advertising, along with proficiency in video editing. Responsibilities * Assist with pool sales such as initial client communication, follow-ups, and organization of leads * Communicate professionally with potential and current clients via Zoom, in-person, and via phone calls * Create engaging content including graphics, videos, and written posts that resonate with our target audience * Manage daily social media activities including posting, monitoring, and responding to comments or inquiries * Support team with maintaining the high standards CollinsBuilt Pools is known for * Stay updated on industry trends and emerging platforms to ensure our strategies remain relevant and effective * Manage and organize our YouTube channel Qualifications * Proven experience in social media management * Strong skills in video editing and content creation; familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite and/or Canva * Excellent communication skills with the ability to create compelling narratives for various audiences (social and potential clients * A passion for staying ahead of digital marketing trends and best practices * A love for spreadsheets and all organization tools Join us as we elevate our brand and enhance our customer experience!
