Role and Responsibilities: As a Roofing Sales Representative, you will: * Meet with property owners to sell roof replacement jobs. * Manage projects from start to finish, ensuring customer satisfaction. * Assist homeowners in navigating the insurance claims process. * Generate leads through door knocking and prospecting in neighborhoods affected by hail damage or where McCoy Roofing is active. * Achieve monthly performance targets and open 2-10+ insurance claims per week.
