Job Overview We are seeking a knowledgeable and enthusiastic Budtender, over the age of 21, to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service and expert guidance on our range of products. Your ability to communicate effectively and understand customer needs will play a crucial role in enhancing their experience and ensuring they leave satisfied with their purchases. Responsibilities * Greet customers warmly and provide a welcoming atmosphere in the dispensary. * Engage with customers to understand their preferences and recommend suitable products based on their needs. * Demonstrate product knowledge through effective communication, ensuring customers are informed about product benefits, usage, and effects. * Upsell products by suggesting additional items or options to enhance the customer experience. * Operate the cash register accurately, processing transactions efficiently while maintaining a high level of customer service. * Maintain cleanliness and organization within the dispensary, ensuring that products are displayed attractively and inventory is well-stocked. * Conduct product demos to educate customers about new offerings and promote sales. * Assist in managing inventory levels, including restocking items and conducting regular stock checks. Qualifications * Previous experience in sales, service, or retail, preferably in as a bartender or waitress or similar environment. * Strong communication skills with the ability to engage with customers. * Basic math skills for handling transactions and cash register operations. * Ability to learn products and follow directions * A passion for the industry and a willingness to learn about various products available. * Committment to work schedule, being reliable and responsible. * Trustworthy and honest Join us as a Budtender where your expertise will contribute to creating an exceptional shopping experience for our valued customers!
