Trailer Distributor seeking a full time Inside Sales Consultant/Customer Service associate to become part of our growing team. We sell new trailers; open and enclosed that are used for hauling ATV's, Snowmobiles, Heavy equipment, Concession, Car haulers, Motorcycles ,Dump trailers, etc. Currently, we have 3 locations (California, Colorado and Texas) and we are looking for growth opportunities. We can't grow if we don't have top notch talent. If you have prior sales experience, this is a great opportunity for you to excel in our environment. We are looking for someone that is aggressive, with a positive attitude, and strong work ethic (a self starter). As a forward thinking dealer, we provide leads and sales calls and need your help in closing the deals. There is no cold calling at all. Candidates must be computer literate and be able to use Microsoft Excel, Word and basic internet/email systems. Must have at least 2 years selling experience. * First year expected earnings would be at least $60,000. * Top producers have reached over $100k per year. * There is room for growth and advancement within our organization as we expand and add additional locations throughout the western United States. Minimum age 18 due to legal reasons. Need to have high school diploma or equivalent. 2 or 4 year degree is preferred. Must have valid drivers license and be able to lift 75 LBS. The position involves phone leads, greeting and selling "walk in" customers, inventory receiving, some marketing and advertising along with prepping trailers for sale. There is physical activity with the day to day operations which includes assisting with marketing, prepping and washing trailers and other lot related activities. Typical hours of operation are Monday through Friday from 9am to 5pm and Saturdays from 9am to 3pm. We rotate days off during the week so everyone gets 2 days off. However, if you are motivated to succeed you are able to work additional hours. Sometimes overtime may be required to wrap up sales before leaving or for special events that occur. *IMPORTANT Due to market conditions, we are raising our base salary in addition to commission that can be discussed if an interview is administered.
