Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Telemarketer to join our sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, promoting our products and services, and generating leads through effective communication and persuasive techniques. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in technology sales and have a passion for driving business development through warm calling and inside sales strategies. Responsibilities * Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to promote products and services. * Engage in warm calling to establish rapport and build relationships with prospective clients. * Utilize effective negotiation skills to close sales and meet or exceed targets. * Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. * Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for lead generation and business growth. * Maintain accurate records of calls, customer interactions, and sales progress in the CRM system. * Stay informed about industry trends, product knowledge, and competitive landscape to effectively communicate value propositions. Requirements * Proven experience in technology sales or technical sales is preferred. * Strong background in inside sales or business development with a focus on customer service. * Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively. * Demonstrated ability to negotiate successfully and close deals. * Familiarity with software solutions related to sales processes is a plus. * Self-motivated with a results-driven attitude and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. * High level of organization and attention to detail in managing leads and follow-ups.
