About Us: Founded in 2013, Lesley Evers creates fun & colorful apparel with original textile prints. If you're not familiar with the brand, please review our website before applying! We're a small and growing business. In 2022, we averaged 4.9/5 stars for the Rockridge location. New styles are released weekly. Our sales associates work closely with each other in our small business. We're currently looking for someone with retail sales experience to help grow our new Palo Alto location. The ideal candidate has strong selling skills and experience, preferably in fashion, accessories, speciality, and/or luxury inspired retail. Previous keyholder experience would be ideal. Candidates must have open availability and flexibility to work according to the needs of the business. About The Location This is the third location. This is a new store location in Palo Alto Job Responsibilities: * Be friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and provide exceptional customer experience * Help create a warm & inviting environment for shoppers by keeping fitting rooms and displays tidy and in good order. * Foster deep care for the local community by creating enduring relationships * Ability to familiarize yourself with point-of-sale systems & loyalty programs and relay information to customers with enthusiasm. * Knowledge of fashion terminology, silhouettes and fabric * Focused on customer preferences and making relevant styling suggestions * Assist store manager in inventory management & stock room tasks * Assist store manager in merchandising * Set great example for other associates with honesty and integrity * Be punctual and have reliable transportation to and from store * Able and willing to adapt to change and learn and grow with the company Skills & Requirements * Previous clothing boutique and customer service experience is preferred * Positive attitude and self motivated to treat every customer with exceptional care * Consistently demonstrate accountability, reliability, and professionalism * Ability to work on multiple tasks in a fast paced environment while keeping customer service a priority. * Able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. * Comfortable standing for a long period of time. Be able to lift up to 35 pounds.
