What You'll Be Doing * Engage Commercial Teams * Standardize Sales Processes and Tools * Provide Targeted Training and Support * Facilitate Data Collection and Analysis * Foster Collaboration * Support Commercial Management Cycle * Sales Tools Training * Regional Consultation & Support * Content Creation & Management What Are We Looking For * Bachelor's degree or comparable experience. * 2-3 years in B2B sales management with Sales Operations or Sales Enablement experience. * Proven track record of influencing Sales Leaders and executives. * Ability to lead and mentor sales teams, provide coaching, and inspire performance improvement. * Strong understanding of sales processes, methodologies, and best practices. * Proficiency in sales tools and systems, with the ability to train and convey their value.
