About the Role: As a member of our client's Event Promotions Crew, you will play a key role in driving sales and engaging with customers at retail locations. Whether you're demonstrating products, assisting customers, or creating excitement around promotional events, your focus will be on increasing sales and providing top- tier service. What You 'll Do: * Drive Sales: Represent and promote products or services at retail locations, turning customer interactions into sales. * Showcase Products with Enthusiasm: Deliver engaging product demonstrations to boost customer interest and close sales on the spot. * Meet Sales Targets: Work in a results-oriented environment, meeting and exceeding sales goals while maintaining a positive attitude. * Event Setup & Presentation: Assist in setting up in-store event displays to ensure they're inviting, professional, and aligned with brand standards. * Customer Service Excellence: Provide exceptional service to customers, fostering long-term relationships and repeat business. * Adaptability & Flexibility: Take on various roles during in-store events, always aiming to maximize sales and ensure smooth operations. What We 're Looking For: * Sales & Customer Service Experience: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for engaging customers and meeting sales targets. * Organizational Abilities: Strong attention to detail when setting up event spaces and promotional displays. * Ability to Thrive Under Pressure: Stay focused and perform well in a high-energy retail environment while maintaining a calm and positive attitude. * Strong Communication Skills: Engage with customers effectively and help close sales with confidence. * Flexibility: Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends, based on store events and peak times.
