Inside Sales Representative A leading provider of home medical equipment repair services is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to join their growing team. This role focuses on driving revenue growth through direct sales, prospecting, and account management within an assigned territory. The successful candidate will be energetic, sales-driven, and customer-focused. Responsibilities: * Conduct 50-100 outbound calls daily to generate and qualify leads. * Develop tailored outreach strategies to engage prospects and build rapport. * Schedule and coordinate initial meetings for the sales team. * Maintain accurate records in the Zoho CRM system. * Collaborate with marketing to refine lead generation and qualification processes. * Quickly develop a strong understanding of the Home Medical Equipment (HME) industry and available services. Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field preferred. * 2-3 years of inside sales experience required; HME industry experience is a plus. * Strong communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. * Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
