Job Overview: We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic telemarketer to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in sales within the construction industry , strong follow-up abilities , and proven lead generation skills. You should possess excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for connecting with potential customers over the phone. As a telemarketer, you will play a crucial role in generating leads, qualifying prospects, and promoting our services to a targeted audience. Responsibilities: * Conduct outbound calls to prospects using provided call scripts * Introduce our construction services to potential customers and generate interest * Qualify leads and set appointments for sales representatives * Follow up with leads and maintain accurate records in the CRM system * Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and quotas * Provide exceptional customer service and address any questions or concerns * Collaborate with team members to achieve shared sales goals * Stay informed on our service offerings, industry trends, and effective sales techniques Requirements: * Proven experience in telemarketing or sales within the construction industry is required * Strong lead generation and follow-up skills * Excellent verbal communication skills and phone etiquette * Ability to build rapport and establish trust with potential customers * Strong listening, organizational, and problem-solving abilities * Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a drive to exceed sales targets * Comfortable using CRM software and basic computer applications * Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Job Type: Full-time Pay: $22.00 - $35.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week Schedule: * 8 hour shift * Monday to Friday Ability to Relocate: * Riverside, CA 92509: Relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location: In person
