Crescendo Self Storage Management is hiring a remote Sales and Marketing Coordinator to join our growing team and help drive our outbound efforts to the next level. This role is ideal for someone who's not just organized and proactive, but truly tenacious --someone who thrives on taking initiative, staying positive, and figuring things out fast. You'll be a key player in both the marketing and operations world--balancing cold outreach, CRM management, and campaign support, all while helping build a repeatable, scalable sales pipeline. Responsibilities: * Help us figure out what works: Test cold calling and in-person canvasing strategies * Conduct outreach to b2b leads * Develop and test lead generation strategies * Manage Zoho CRM records, imports, and exports * Support email campaigns and marketing projects * Organize and maintain lead databases * Collaborate with marketing and operations team members * Brainstorm creative marketing ideas with the team * Assist with event planning * Facilitate the process for sending mailers and marketing materials * Assist with administrative tasks related to campaigns and outreach Requirements: * 2-3 years of experience in marketing or sales support * Strong written and verbal communication skills * Experience using a CRM platform (Zoho CRM preferred) * Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities * Detail-oriented, highly organized, and tech-savvy * Positive attitude with a team-first mentality * Comfortable with cold calling and B2B outreach * Outgoing and personable Preferred (Not Required): * Experience with tools such as: * Google Business Profile * Bright Local * Google Analytics * Email marketing platforms * Ninety * Self-storage industry experience a plus Success in This Role Looks Like: * Clear, repeatable outreach practices in place * An organized and well-maintained CRM * A growing sales pipeline from outbound efforts * A marketing team that feels supported Company Values: * Be kind and caring * Be positive * Take initiative * Be process-oriented Job Type: Full-time Pay: $55,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year Benefits: * 401(k) * Dental insurance * Disability insurance * Employee discount * Health insurance * Paid time off * Vision insurance * Work from home Shift: * Day shift Work Location: Hybrid remote in Spokane, WA 99223
