Business Development Liaison - Post-Acute/Long-Term Care Location: Richmond, VA & Surrounding Areas Join a leading PA/LTC medical practice as a Business Development Liaison. You will introduce our physician-led services to skilled nursing facilities, assisted living communities, and rehabilitation centers across Richmond and adjacent markets. Key Responsibilities: * Build and maintain relationships with SNF, ALF, and rehab leadership. * Conduct presentations, tours, and introductions to providers. * Track outreach activities and manage a growing partner pipeline. * Represent the practice at industry events and local networking opportunities. Qualifications: * senior living sales, or physician liaison experience. * Strong knowledge of post-acute, long-term care, and senior living sectors. * Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills. * Ability to travel within assigned territory. Preferred: * Established relationships in the Richmond senior care market. * Familiarity with PA/LTC healthcare regulations. Compensation: Base compensation plus bonus Job Types: Part-time, Contract Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour Expected hours: No less than 15 per week Schedule: * Choose your own hours Supplemental Pay: * Commission pay Ability to Commute: * Ashland, VA 23005 (Preferred) Ability to Relocate: * Ashland, VA 23005: Relocate before starting work (Preferred) Willingness to travel: * 25% (Preferred) Work Location: In person
