Hope Builders is a non-profit providing young adults with training and job skills to connect them with career opportunities. Hope Builders Career Connections is the agency's social enterprise staffing company. We are actively seeking to enhance our sales team, fostering new employment prospects for our graduates. This position has the opportunity to develop and grow into a management position, overseeing and managing a team. Qualifications: - 3+ years of proven success in a Sales or Business Development role, preferably within a staffing agency - BA degree in business, marketing or related field - Demonstrated experience of meeting weekly, monthly and annual KPIs - Experience converting cold calls into sales - Experienced prospecting and working within a CRM/ATS - Self-motivated, goal-driven, proactive and an effective team player - Can successfully work remotely, but is within an hour of the Santa Ana area Who We Are: Hope Builders empowers Orange County's young adults with mentorship, life skills, job skills training, and employment opportunities.
