About the Role: Our Sales Associates, also known as Design Consultants, play a key role in the design process and in assessing the needs of our walk-in customers. You will collaborate with our showroom's clientele to ensure their design needs are not only met but exceeded. This is a full-time position in a fast-paced retail environment requiring exceptional sales skills, organization, and a passion for helping people design their living spaces. Key Responsibilities: * Provide excellent customer service and build a strong client base. * Offer design opinions and educate customers on our products. * Suggestive sell and cross-promote products and promotions. * Network and foster relationships with design and trade professionals. * Manage all phases of the design and sales process from initial contact through delivery. * Stay updated on interior design trends and product releases. * Maintain showroom visual standards. * Provide product knowledge and expertise. * Represent our brand with a modern image and professionalism. * Meet and exceed sales goals. * Maintain a positive, can-do attitude every day.
