Because of the monumental success, we immediately need a few more motivated internet salespeople to join our team in one of our 3 locations in Dublin, San Leandro, and Tracy. Apply now at [please apply online] Responsibilities include but are not limited to : * Communicate effectively with customers and prospects according to their preferred method of communication, (phone, email, text, or in person) * Assist customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their needs * Check email frequently and respond to inquiries promptly. * Effectively communicate and work with co-workers * Describe all optional equipment available for customer purchase. * Perform knowledgeable presentations and demonstrations of new/used vehicles. * Learn to overcome objections, close sales, and perform all other steps of the sales process per company standards. * Stay current on all required HR and Mazda Products training. Requirements : * Vehicle sales or proven customer service experience * Valid CA driver's license * Valid CA sales license * Basic computer skills * Positive attitude and demeanor * Strong listening and verbal communication skills * Strong focus and desire to achieve sales goals *All applicants must successfully complete pre-employment testing including background checks, insurability, and drug testing to qualify for employment The Harvey Automotive Group is an equal opportunity employer.
