Do you have Textile/ interior design knowledge background or experience? We are a textile manufacturing company located in the Avondale area and we are currently seeking a full-time Stocking Clerk to become part of our hard working team! The position is full time, and requires flexibility, the ideal applicant must be available to work on Saturdays. This person should ideally be interested in home decor or fashion. Speaking Spanish is a plus but not required. Interested applicants should submit their resume. Job Responsibilities: *Greet and assist customers *Efficient with POS *Receive and inspect product new product. *Organize product on shelves and in stockroom. *Make sure all items are tagged and labeled correctly. *Fold, pack and display items nicely with correct labels. *Assist customer with queries Job Requirements: *A high school diploma or equivalent *A friendly disposition *Comfortable getting on high ladders *Assist with moving furniture around store *Heavy lifting required up to 30 Lbs. *Helping customers load cars with purchased items like furniture *Good customer service ability to assist customers and knowledgeable on product inventory in store *Prior retail experience * 8 hour shift- 8:30am-4:30 pm * Must be available to work Saturdays- (Flexible schedule) Weekday and Sundays off Job Type: Full-time Pay: $19.00 - $20.00 per hour Expected hours: 35 - 40 per week Benefits: * Flexible schedule Shift: * 8 hour shift Ability to commute/relocate: * Chicago, IL: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred) Work Location: In person
