Due to this, candidates may experience a longer wait time until they hear from Harley- Davidson. * Job Summary The Retail Sales Associate (RSA) is the first point of contact for Museum retail store visitors and will be responsible for providing a positive, enjoyable learning experience for all visitors. The RSA is an integral member of our Museum team, responsible for day to day operations in The Shop. * Job Responsibilities * Must be able to work 24 hours per week on average (a few more in summer, a few less in winter). * Demonstrate superior customer service both in person and on the phone. * Conduct customer transactions/interactions in a professional manner. * Help maintain a neat and clean Shop environment. * Assist with the receiving, tagging, and stocking of merchandise. * No set schedule. Must have the flexibility to work weekends and some evenings and holidays when needed. * Manage multiple duties simultaneously and work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. * Education Requirements * High School Diploma or Equivalent Required * Experience Requirements * Two years of previous experience in a customer service or retail work environment. * Ability to understand and resolve visitor questions or issues while keeping the organization's goals in mind. The pay range shown represents the national average pay range for this role. Your pay may be more or less than the stated range and is dependent on your geographic location and level of experience.
