JOB DETAILS Job Title: CUSTOMER SERVICE DATA ASSOCIATE Company: BK Resources SUMMARY OF FUNCTIONS: Responsible for processing orders. ORGANIZATIONAL RELATIONSHIPS: Reports to Customer Service Data Lead. Works closely with Customer Care, Sales, Accounting, Traffic and Production. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: * To process orders via manually, EDI, or through Website. * Edit all orders: o Ensuring that all order information is correct and entered accurately. o Verifying inventory and noting on the order when items are not in stock. * To clarify any order that is not clear or accurate by contacting the dealer or salesperson. * Acknowledge orders to customers. o Making sure that any price discrepancies are noted on the acknowledgment email. o All back orders with current ETA's are noted on the acknowledgment email. o Verify model numbers and address order questions with customers as needed. * To complete and release orders once customer has approved the order to the warehouse in a timely manner. * To release back orders when the Customer Care Associate sends notification that a back order is ready to be released.
