What You 'll Do: As a Spectrum Authorized Retail Sales Representative you'll be on the front lines, connecting with customers, showcasing our latest products and services, and helping people find the right solutions for their needs. Your responsibilities will include: * Engaging with customers to offer honest, helpful recommendations. * Promoting in-store promotions and introducing new services with enthusiasm. * Close sales and find opportunities to upsell where it makes sense. * Working with your team to hit sales targets and celebrate success together.
