Key Responsibilities: * Deliver exceptional customer service with enthusiasm and energy. * Assist customers in finding the perfect products for their pets. * Maintain store appearance and stock inventory. * Build lasting relationships with our two-legged and four-legged customers. What We're Looking For: * A genuine love for all animals. * Open availability and flexibility to work at other Richmond locations if needed. * Capable of using Point of Sales System, Microsoft, Google Docs/Sheets, and Booking Software. * Able to professionally perform conversations with clientele and customers over the phone and through email. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Clean driving record. * Previous retail or sales experience is a plus, but passion for pets and their wellbeing is a must!
