Compensation: $75,000 - $150,000+ commission based Responsibilities: * Meet with buyers and sellers, determine their needs, and assist in the entire process of buying and selling homes * Manage all aspects of the transaction process * Apply lead follow-up systems to grow the sales pipeline * Prospect for new leads to promote new business * Provide world-class customer service to clients to ensure their satisfaction * Host team open houses monthly * Manage workflow, calendar, and time-block efficiently * Participate in University Sales Training and attend weekly sales meetings Qualifications: * Must be a Licensed Real Estate Agent * Full-time availability * Technology-driven * Ability to communicate effectively (oral and written) * Driven, self-motivated, and desiring professional growth * A proven record of sales experience and success is preferred * Organized and the ability to manage time effectively * Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills * Can-do attitude with problem-solving abilities About Company Debbie and Sarah Reynolds are a mother-daughter duo and founders of The EmpowerHome Team.
