Salary : $150,000 -- $160,000 Bonus : 6% Position Description Seeking a skilled Senior Automation Security Engineer to support our sales and solutions efforts, optimize our position in high-growth markets, and align with innovators from all walks of life. Experience & Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in cybersecurity, computer science, engineering, or a related field, information technology or equivalent experience in ICS security * Extensive knowledge of ICS security and best practices for securing industrial automation environments * Familiarity with key ICS security frameworks, including: * NERC CIP, IEC 62443, and other relevant standards * Strong expertise in IT network security, including: * Managed switches, VLANs, VPNs * Intrusion detection (Syslog-ng, ) and log analysis services * Cloud security platforms and remote access security best practices * Experience with fieldbus protocols, industrial automation networks, and cybersecurity challenges in OT environments * Proficiency in programming and system administration, including: * Linux, Docker, CODESYS * Security scripting and automation (C, JavaScript, Python) * Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills Duties and Responsibilities * Serve as a technical security expert for Company's sales team and customers, developing secure automation solutions * Conduct ICS security assessments and recommend best practices for securing industrial networks and control systems * Assist in network design, segmentation, and protection strategies, including VLAN configurations, VPN setups, and managed switch security * Implement intrusion detection, logging, and monitoring solutions to enhance OT security and compliance * Provide training and consultation on ICS security standards, frameworks, and emerging cybersecurity threats * Develop technical documentation, security guidelines, and best practices to support Company's automation solutions * Stay ahead of emerging cybersecurity threats and industry trends to continually improve Company's security posture Additional Responsibilities * Must be able to travel via airplane * Must have a valid driver's license and be able to operate an automobile for up to six hours at a time * Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 * Travel estimate up to 50%.
