We follow CDC and WHO guidelines, plus: * A dedicated cleaner on every shift for high-touch areas * Chlorine-disinfected pools * State-of-the-art ventilation system with continuous fresh air flow * Industry-supported protocols to minimize airborne virus transmission Your Role: Front Desk | Sales Representative You're the first smiling face our members see and the voice they hear on the phone. You'll be supporting families, managing schedules, and creating a welcoming environment. Key Responsibilities: * Answer phones, return messages, and route calls professionally * Conduct sales calls and register new students * Assist customers with purchases (merchandise, snacks, etc.) * Greet and check in students using our attendance system * Schedule birthday/pool parties and oversee party staff * Maintain cleanliness in the front desk, snack shack, restrooms, and observation area * Handle customer concerns with care and professionalism * Prepare daily swim lesson schedules * Make collection calls for overdue accounts * Keep displays and promotional materials up to date * Enforce safety protocols and administer first aid if needed Qualifications * High school diploma or GED required; some college preferred * 2+ years in customer service or administrative roles * Comfortable using Microsoft Word, Excel, and other software * CPR, First Aid, and AED certifications required (or willingness to obtain) * Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus but not required.
