In this role, you will kick start the sales process by generating and qualifying sales leads and setting up appointments with potential customers on behalf of our sales representatives. Duties and Responsibilities: * Strategically contact prospects to uncover new sales opportunities using BANT qualification criteria and sales process. * Contact existing customers to ensure continued satisfaction with their current solution(s), share our entire product line, and uncover additional needs and opportunities. * Initiates lead/demand generation strategies that include inbound/outbound sales and marketing calls, campaigns, and initiatives. * Responsible for meeting individual quotas established for the assigned market. * Actively maintain and update the contact management database with customer and sales data information after every prospect/customer interaction. * Working collaboratively in a team environment and independently. * Developing and maintaining strong relationships. * Other responsibilities and tasks assigned by Management as needed. Basic Requirements and Skills: * Bachelor's degree, or a minimum of two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. * Excellent communication skills both oral and written. Desired Skills and Experience: * Proven work experience as a Business Development Representative, Sales Account Executive, or similar role. * Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques (including cold calling and solution selling). * Skilled in "Selling via Phone" successfully. * Track record of achieving sales quotas. * Proficiency in MS Office suite. * Experience with customer database (i.e., CRM solution). * Ability to deliver engaging presentations and/or willingness to be mentored on presentation delivery.
