Commercial Real Estate Agent - Multi-Family Focus We are looking for a licensed and motivated Commercial Real Estate Agent with a strong focus on multi-family properties, from duplexes to large apartment communities. Compensation: $70,000 - $170,000 at plan commissions Responsibilities: * Lead Generation: Actively generate new leads through various channels such as cold calling, networking, and referrals. * Database Outreach: Call on our proprietary database to connect with potential clients and maintain relationships. * Market Analysis: Conduct thorough property evaluations and market analysis to identify profitable investment opportunities. * Client Relationships: Build and nurture strong relationships with buyers, sellers, and investors, offering expert guidance throughout the process. * Property Listings: List and market multi-family properties, including apartments, duplexes, triplexes, and other residential commercial properties. * Negotiations: Skillfully negotiate offers and counteroffers, ensuring optimal outcomes for clients. * Transaction Management: Oversee the full transaction process from lead generation to closing, ensuring smooth and successful deals. * Qualifications: * Proven experience or strong interest in multi-family residential commercial real estate (duplex, triplex, 6-plex, apartment complexes). * Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and ready to thrive in a competitive commercial real estate environment. * Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. * Ability to manage multiple clients and transactions simultaneously. * Real estate license is required * Commission opportunity About Company M and M Commercial Real Estate leads the industry, closing 4.5 transactions every business hour, more than any other real estate investment firm.
