TEXAS REFINERY CORP , a leader in the specialty lubricants industry for more than 102 years, is seeking an enthusiastic team player for the Entry Level Sales & Credit Manager position in our credit department. The position offers an outstanding opportunity for advancement within the company for the right individual. TRC manufactures a line of superior lubricants and related products marketed to manufacturing, agriculture, construction, transportation, and many other industries. Responsibilities: * Maintain a good working relationship with customers and salespeople by responding to all inquiries and complaints concerning receipts and invoices in a courteous and efficient manner * Research outstanding balances and take necessary collection actions * Communicate identified credit risk accounts to management as required * Research and examine customer credit risks, assess credit history * Negotiate payment terms, collect payments, and account maintenance * Assist customers with product returns and damaged/lost merchandise * Effectively prioritize work to ensure efficiency * Other duties as required and assigned Communication skills: * Document customer account activities thoroughly and concisely * Engage in interactive dialogue with customers through active listening * Approach problems logically and with good judgment Candidates should have: * Preferred Education - Bachelor's degree * Customer Service and Collections experience are not required, you will be trained * Proficiency with Microsoft Office * Excellent communication and negotiation skills * Experience working in a fast-paced environment * A commitment to dealing with customers and salespeople with the utmost integrity and transparency. * Ability to deal with a variety of personalities and scenarios.
