Summary We are seeking a Sales Account Manager to join our dynamic team at Empire Photography. In this role, you will be responsible for managing client accounts, driving sales growth, and developing strong relationships with schools and youth organizations. Your contributions will be vital in helping us continue our legacy of delivering exceptional photography services. Responsibilities * Manage and grow existing client accounts while identifying new business opportunities. * Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in schools and youth organizations. * Conduct warm calls to prospective clients to introduce our services and schedule meetings. * Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to ensure mutual satisfaction. * Analyze market trends to identify opportunities for business development. * Collaborate with the photography team to ensure client expectations are met or exceeded. * Be the main point of contact for a school account, whether it is a district or single building & develop relations with a variety of people/decision makers. * Meet with the school to determine what services are needed and how they should look * Schedule photo dates for all markets for that school district/account * Request data from school/account * Provide appropriate information to Director of Photography, Photography Supervisor, External Operations Supervisor, Internal Operations Supervisor, photographers, production staff and customer service staff, so that everyone knows the plan for each photo session for the school * Must enjoy working in a fact-paced environment, love working with people, highly organized and be able to multi-task and work independently * Expect to attend as many school picture days as possible during the fall season and potentially other photo sessions in other markets throughout the year. You could be on the road up to 3-4 days per week during peak travel season. Requirements * Proven experience in sales or account management, preferably in a related industry. * Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients. * Demonstrated ability to negotiate effectively and close sales deals. * Familiarity with technical sales concepts is a plus but not mandatory. * Ability to analyze market data and develop strategic plans for growth.
