This role involves managing wholesale accounts, pursuing new sales prospects, and contributing directly to company growth. There is no cap on compensation. Key Responsibilities: * Follow up on incoming leads. * Actively seek new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media. * Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns. * Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections. * Collaborate with the team to achieve better results. * Building and maintaining relationships with your customers providing ongoing support ensuring customer loyalty. Compensation: * $17/hour + 3.5% commission on sales * On-Target Earnings (OTE): $54,000/year * Unlimited earning potential Requirements Required * Proficiency in English. * Excellent knowledge of MS Office. * Fast learning speed and a passion for sales * Self-motivated with a results-driven approach. * High school diploma or equivalent. Preferred * Proven experience in a sales or account executive role. * Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques. * Experience using CRM software.
