Job Summary The Office Assistant will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of the office by providing administrative and clerical support. This position requires a detail-oriented individual with excellent organizational skills. Duties - Manage office tasks such as filing, data entry, and organizing documents - Greet and assist visitors at the front desk - Handle incoming calls and emails, directing them to the appropriate staff members - Assist with scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars - Perform basic bookeeping tasks using QuickBooks - Provide general customer support and address inquiries - Assist with proofreading documents and correspondence - Support office management in various administrative tasks Qualifications - Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel and Word - Experience with QuickBooks and accounting software - Strong typing skills with accuracy and speed - Bilingual in English and Spanish - Excellent customer service and time management abilities - Previous office management experience is a plus Job Type: Full-time Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week Benefits: * 401(k) matching * Dental insurance * Health insurance * Life insurance * Paid time off * Retirement plan * Tuition reimbursement * Vision insurance Schedule: * 8 hour shift * Monday to Friday * Morning shift Language: * Spanish (Required) Ability to Commute: * Riverside, CA 92503 (Required) Ability to Relocate: * Riverside, CA 92503: Relocate before starting work (Preferred) Work Location: In person
