Job Description and Responsibilities: * Business Development * Taking/making large volume of inbound and outbound calls. * Selling business loans, business debt restructuring program. * Identifying business owners hardship and working capital. * Use Linkedin to recruit new Brokers and ISO Affiliates * Collect Client's Documents for our underwriting department * Present approval offer to business owner(s) * Meeting production numbers and goals on a monthly basis Requirements: * Must have 3 years in sales, preferably Business Loans, Merchant Cash Advance, Debt Settlement, Mortgage, Tax Relief, or Bankruptcy industry * Must be a Closer and know how to search for B2B opportunity * Ability to speak with business owners about their financial situation. * Strong work ethic - Show up to work on Time * Effective time management skills * Understanding of how to use a CRM and Outlook * Basic computer skills and data entry * Motivated for success Education/Experience: * Bachelors preferred * Associates Degree accepted What We Offer: A fun working high rise class A building environment full of rewards and recognition for our employees for career growth.
