Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Route Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving designated routes to deliver products, provide exceptional customer service, and promote sales through effective communication and upselling techniques. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service, excellent math skills for pricing and inventory management, and the ability to handle heavy lifting as needed. Responsibilities * Drive assigned routes to deliver products to customers in a timely manner. * Provide outstanding customer service by building relationships and addressing customer needs. * Communicate effectively with customers regarding product offerings, pricing, and promotions. * Utilize math skills to accurately calculate prices and manage inventory during deliveries. * Upsell additional products or services to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales. * Perform routine vehicle inspections and maintenance checks to ensure safe operation. * Handle heavy lifting of products as required during deliveries. * Maintain accurate records of deliveries, sales, and customer interactions. Requirements * Proven experience in route driving or similar roles is preferred. * Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clientele. * Basic math skills for pricing calculations and inventory management. * Ability to upsell products while maintaining a focus on customer satisfaction. * Physical capability to perform heavy lifting as necessary for product delivery. * A valid driver's license with a clean driving record is required. * Military experience is a plus but not mandatory; we value discipline and commitment in our team members.
