Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented Fine Jewelry Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for jewelry and sales, providing exceptional service to customers in a luxury retail environment. This job has opportunity for promotion. Responsibilities: - Greet and assist customers in selecting fine jewelry pieces - Provide product knowledge and recommendations to meet customer needs - Handle sales transactions accurately using cash registers and POS systems - Maintain a visually appealing and organized jewelry display - Build lasting relationships with customers to drive repeat business - Meet and exceed sales targets to contribute to the store's success Skills: - Customer service: Ability to provide excellent service and create a positive shopping experience -Competitive spirit - Sales: Demonstrated ability to effectively sell products and meet sales goals - Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with customers effectively - Cash register: Experience handling transactions using cash registers or POS systems - Ability to learn and share detail and expert product knowledge.
