VH Promotions is seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to take on the role of our AT&T Account Agent. In this position, you will be representing one of the biggest telecommunications clients in the world, Verizon, providing outstanding customer service and ensuring that customers receive the best solutions to their communication needs. This position will be responsible for creating long-lasting relationships with customers, addressing concerns, troubleshooting problems in customer accounts, and overall, promoting AT&T services and products. This position is crucial in ensuring customer satisfaction and retention, completing sales goals, and supporting the success of our company! Responsibilities of the AT&T Account Agent? * Address customer inquiries, troubleshoot any concerns, and ensure a positive experience ending in customer satisfaction * Provide information about products and services, as well as upsell AT&T plans such as mobile, home internet, and TV plans * Offer personalized sales solutions based on customer needs, helping create a long-lasting relationship with AT&T and its products and services * Follow compliance rules and regulations, handle sensitive information, and meet the ethical standards for sales of AT&T and the company * Stay up-to-date with all AT&T products, to ensure you are a product knowledge expert in conversations and product demos with every customer Requirements for an AT&T Account Agent? * High School or equivalent diploma is required * 1-2 years of experience working in sales, hospitality, retail, or a customer-facing role is highly desirable * Exceptional customer service skills, professional demeanor, and self-motivated attitude * The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and thrive working with others in a team Job Type: Full-time Pay: $64,236.00 - $76,734.00 per year Schedule: * 8 hour shift * Day shift * Monday to Friday * Weekends as needed Work Location: In person
