Learn more at [please apply online] Position Summary We're looking for a licensed and energetic Chiropractor to lead patient care while driving medical sales from qualified inbound leads. This unique dual- role opportunity combines clinical excellence with sales savvy. You'll serve as the face of the clinic--managing day-to-day operations, building lasting patient relationships, and guiding prospective patients from first contact through their entire treatment journey. Key Responsibilities * Lead clinical care, including patient evaluations, treatment planning, and ongoing case management. * Manage daily clinic operations, ensuring an exceptional patient experience. * Follow up with leads generated through marketing ads to qualify and convert them into patients. * Educate patients on our regenerative medicine services and clearly communicate treatment plans. * Build strong rapport and trust with patients throughout the care cycle. * Track leads, conversions, and patient progress using CRM and EMR systems. * Work closely with marketing to provide insight on lead quality and campaign results. Qualifications * Doctor of Chiropractic (DC) and licensed to practice in the State of Texas. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a sales-forward mindset. * Experience or strong interest in medical sales, consultations, or patient conversion. * Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple responsibilities. * Previous experience in a multidisciplinary clinic or with regenerative medicine is a plus. * Comfortable with digital tools including EMR systems and CRM software.
