Position Overview We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Support Specialist to join our team at Wellborn + Wright, a leading provider of high-quality architectural finishes. This role is pivotal in ensuring seamless support to our sales team and delivering an exceptional experience to our customers. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, a customer-focused mindset, and a passion for design and building materials. Key Responsibilities * Sales Team Support * Assist the sales team with preparing proposals, quotes, and presentations tailored to client needs. * Manage the sales pipeline by tracking leads, following up on opportunities, and updating the CRM system. * Coordinate sample requests, product documentation, and mockups to support client meetings and presentations. * Customer Service * Respond to customer inquiries about product availability, pricing, and order status in a timely and professional manner. * Resolve customer issues by coordinating with internal teams, such as operations, logistics, and technical support. * Order Management * Process sales orders accurately, ensuring correct specifications, quantities, and pricing. * Monitor order fulfillment and communicate updates to clients and sales representatives. * Product Expertise * Maintain a strong understanding of the company's architectural finishes portfolio, including product features, applications, and benefits. * Provide recommendations to clients based on project requirements and design considerations. * Administrative Duties * Maintain organized records of client interactions, orders, and sales activities. * Prepare periodic sales reports and analytics to support strategic decision-making. Qualifications * Education: Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, interior design, architecture, or a related field (preferred but not required). * Experience: * 2+ years in a sales support, customer service, or administrative role, preferably in the construction, design, or architectural industry. * Familiarity with architectural finishes, building materials, or interior design processes is a plus. * Skills: * Excellent written and verbal communication skills. * Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software (e.g., Hubspot). * Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
