Your responsibilities will include: * Collaborate with a team of experts to identify client needs and offer customized roofing solutions. * Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service in every interaction. * Meet or exceed daily and monthly lead generation goals. * Provide clients with detailed information about services, products, and solutions. * Keep accurate records of interactions, leads, and follow-up tasks in the CRM. * Work closely with the sales and operations teams to ensure smooth project execution. Requirements: * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently. * Familiarity with CRM software is a plus. * A positive, solution-driven attitude and a commitment to customer satisfaction. * Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
