Position: Recruiter / Account Manager for Skilled Trades Positions About the Role: We are looking for a communicative, organized Account Manager who thrives on helping businesses succeed. In this fast-paced, sales-driven role, you'll connect Spokane companies with the skilled trades talent they need to grow, matching the right people with the right opportunities and building lasting client relationships along the way. There is a strong sales component to this position, and you'll have the opportunity to earn uncapped commission based on your success. Previous experience working with or recruiting for skilled trades is highly preferred. Key Responsibilities: * Build and maintain strong relationships with client companies * Recruit, interview, and manage a qualified pool of candidates * Match talent with open job opportunities based on skills, experience, and culture fit * Develop new business through client visits, networking, and prospecting * Collaborate with your team to fill job orders quickly and effectively * Conduct workplace safety tours and ensure compliance standards * Stay informed on local hiring trends and employment laws What We 're Looking For: * Bachelor's degree preferred * Previous office experience required; staffing/recruiting experience a plus * Experience with the skilled trades industry (construction, manufacturing, logistics, etc.) strongly preferred * Comfortable with a sales-focused environment and motivated by performance goals * Strong communication and relationship-building skills * Ability to work quickly and stay organized in a fast-paced setting * A team player who thrives in a goal-driven environment Benefits & Perks: * 401(k) with 5% employer contribution * Uncapped commission and bonus opportunities * Paid time off (starting Day 1!) * Paid holidays * Health insurance reimbursement * Free downtown parking pass * Opportunities for professional growth and career advancement Why Express?
