Responsibilities * Deliver memorable home-showing experiences to a variety of clients. * Identify and showcase properties that align with the lead agent's and client's vision. * Support the lead agent through key steps like inspections, walk-throughs, appraisals, and closings. * Work in sync with the team to convert leads into loyal clients, contributing to our growth in the market. * Foster strong connections with clients, enhancing their experience and journey with our team. * Promote a supportive and collaborative team environment, where everyone's contribution is valued.
