Full description of the position

About the Role We are looking for a Sales Enablement Analyst to join our RevOps team, with a strong focus on sales process optimization, Salesforce workflows & automation, sales coaching, and enablement strategy. This role will play a key part in equipping our sales team with the tools, training, and resources they need to sell effectively -- including developing battle cards, leading enablement sessions, and reinforcing Sandler methodology principles. If you're passionate about streamlining sales operations, improving CRM workflows, and empowering reps to win, this is your chance to make a direct impact on revenue growth. Responsibilities * Sales Process Optimization - Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies in the sales process; design and implement scalable improvements. * Salesforce Administration & Automation - Own flows, automation, and configuration in Salesforce to support sales efficiency. * Training, Coaching & Enablement - Develop and deliver training programs and coaching sessions grounded in best practices and methodologies (e.g., Sandler). * Battle Cards & Sales Content - Build and maintain high-impact sales enablement assets like battle cards, talk tracks, and objection-handling guides. * Cross-Functional Collaboration - Partner with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance to drive alignment and remove friction. * Technology Stack Management - Maintain and optimize our sales tools (e.g., Salesforce, Outreach, Gong, CPQ, etc.). * Performance Feedback Loop - Leverage call intelligence platforms like Gong to assess rep performance and inform coaching and content strategy. Qualifications * 3+ years of experience in Sales Enablement, Revenue Operations, or Sales Operations within a SaaS environment. * Strong Salesforce skills (Flows, Process Builder, Validation Rules, etc.). * Proven experience training and coaching sales teams -- including reinforcement of a formal sales methodology like Sandler. * Experience developing and deploying battle cards, competitive intel, and other sales readiness content. * Understanding of quoting, deal desk, and end-to-end sales process design. * Familiarity with enablement and engagement tools like Outreach, Gong, CPQ, etc. * Strong communication, facilitation, and cross-functional collaboration skills. * Data-driven mindset with a passion for optimizing workflows and driving measurable results. Job Type : Full-Time, Exempt. Base Salary + Benefits (Medical/Dental/Vision) + 120 Hours PTO + 100% 401(k) Matching (Up to 4%). __ The base salary range for this position is $80,000 to $90,000 per year. The base salary actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, experience and training, skills, licenses and certifications, and education among other factors.
