In this role, you will assist customers in selecting fashionable outfits, providing exceptional service that aligns with our boutique's mission of enhancing women's confidence through style. Responsibilities * Provide personalized styling advice to customers based on their preferences and body types. * Assist customers in selecting clothing and accessories that enhance their wardrobe. * Maintain an organized and visually appealing sales floor, including restocking merchandise as needed. * Utilize the POS system for processing transactions and managing inventory accurately. * Supervise junior staff members, providing guidance and support as necessary. * Conduct product demonstrations to highlight new arrivals and promotions. Requirements * Proven experience in retail sales, preferably in a fashion or clothing environment. * Strong understanding of current fashion trends and styling techniques. * Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service. * Basic math skills for handling transactions and inventory management. * Experience with POS systems and cash registers is essential. * Bilingual abilities are a plus but not required.
