Position Overview: The Sales Management Trainee program is designed to equip you with the skills and experience needed to become a successful sales leader. Key Responsibilities: * Learn the Sales Process: Receive comprehensive training in all aspects of the sales cycle, from identifying leads to closing deals and providing after-sales support. * Customer Engagement: Build strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and offering solutions to meet their challenges. * Sales Strategy & Execution: Work closely with the sales team to develop strategies, set goals, and execute sales to drive growth. * Leadership Development: As you progress, take on leadership responsibilities, including coaching and mentoring junior sales staff, setting team targets, and managing performance. * Sales Analytics: Learn how to analyze sales data, track key performance indicators, and use insights to make data-driven decisions that improve team performance. * Meet & Exceed Sales Targets: Actively work towards achieving individual and team sales goals, contributing to overall company revenue growth.
