Summary Advance your career in real estate as a Transaction Coordinator. Master our exclusive technology platform and provide expert guidance to our real estate agents. Responsibilities * Manage the listing launch and contract to close process for all transactions * Enter listing data, descriptions and pictures into MLS * Coordinate photography, staging and other listing launch functions * Act as the liaison between real estate agents, clients, attorneys, escrow companies and mortgage brokers * Read all aspects of contracts in order to execute obligations and to maintain all trailing paperwork: inspection reports, receipts, bills, etc. * Execute all administrative tasks involved in closing a sale * Create timelines and follow-up processes to ensure all transaction deadlines are met * Maintain accurate and compliant transaction files * Provide weekly check-ins with real estate agents to ensure timely closings * Track activities and tasks in Brivity Technology Qualifications You are a detail oriented professional with a strong sense of urgency but not at the expense of quality. You are a good listener, extremely organized, solutions based and results driven.
