Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Professional to join our team! The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, particularly within the health and wellness industry. This role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to understand the value of services over quantity, and the ability to effectively persuade clients to purchase lymphatic drainage packages that support their health and body goals. As a Sales Professional, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the consumer experience for both new and existing clients, while contributing to the overall success of our spa. Responsibilities: * Utilize strong sales experience and conversion strategies to drive results with warm leads provided. * Promote lymphatic drainage services and packages to clients, using effective upselling techniques to meet their health and body goals. * Maintain professionalism while promoting health-conscious services that support wellness. * Accurately handle cash transactions and follow all cash handling procedures to ensure financial integrity. * Leverage your network and influence to bring in new clients and increase sales. * Collaborate effectively with team members and management to ensure smooth operations and client satisfaction. * Assist in training and mentoring new employees on sales techniques and customer service standards. Qualifications: * Previous experience in medical sales or med spa sales, preferably in aesthetic, health, and wellness services. * Strong cash handling skills and a keen attention to detail. * Ability to lead and motivate team members. * Bilingual skills are a plus, offering enhanced communication with a diverse customer base. * Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on customer satisfaction and driving sales. * Proven ability to upsell packages and achieve scalable sales performance. * Strong verbal and written communication skills.
